Iris Monitoring

Iris provides proactive monitoring of your I.T. infrastructure without the all inclusive maintenance and support of the Optimum program.   Our system will remotely monitor your system for potential problems.  We will notify you of areas of concern and suggest remedies to avoid costly downtime. You will be billed for all travel, when onsite work is required, time and materials necessary to alleviate any issues.

Why is it crazy, in fact irresponsible, to not install monitoring today?  Because monitoring allows us to:

• View your system in real time as issues arise
• Monitor your disk space and advise you when it is
  getting low
• Check for successful back-up daily
• Provide patch management which means faster and less expensive software upgrades
• Monitor services that are not core to the operating system:
• Print spooler
• Browser services (LAN)
• Monitor 3rd party applications to determine if they are running correctly or causing problems
• Monitor anti-virus services
• Provide remote maintenance which reduces your costs by eliminating travel time
• Provide remote software deployment, example Case Ware working papers and tax preparation software
• Conduct an inventory of all hardware and software providing you with a thorough Asset Management Report
• Provide you with monthly reporting on the health of your computer system
