So what does all of this really mean?
Most importantly your desktops, laptops and servers will be maintained proactively – we will identify and remotely fix most potential problems before you are even aware they exist.  Most of what we do you will learn about through our monthly report.

At any time anyone from your team can call us to have a ticket created of your service issue.*  Alternatively you can remotely create a ticket through our web portal.  We will have someone working on urgent problems, on-site or remotely, within 4 hours and non-urgent problems within 24 hours. 

You can rest easy knowing that your back-ups are checked on a daily basis and that all of your assets are tracked, including software licenses so that you needn’t worry about software compliancy issues.
You will no longer be charged for travel time or the set up of new computers and users.
As an Optimum customer you will receive a discount on all new hardware and software acquisitions. 
Last but certainly not least should you decide you are not happy with our Optimum plan there will be no penalties for you to cancel your contract.

You may be wondering how we can offer such a program.  New technology allows us to place a probe in your system to remotely monitor, maintain and manage your system from our office.  While allowing us to be significantly more proactive this also enables us to work remotely for many common tasks, thus reducing travel and maintenance time and ultimately reducing costs.

So what are the steps to becoming an Optimum customer?

  1. Call us to book an appointment to conduct a Technology Assessment.**  During this process we conduct a complete inventory of your existing Information Technology Infrastructure including software licenses.  In addition we will interview as many of your computer uses as possible to better understand their I.T. challenges.  We will provide a project proposal to bring your existing infrastructure up to industry standard and license compliant, as well as make recommendations on how to take advantage of other technology that will improve your staff’s efficiency.
  2. We will complete the project to update your equipment.
  3. Once your hardware and software is updated you will be eligible to join the Optimum Program.
